Hand-harvested fruit was whole bunch pressed directly to a combination of seasoned and new French oak barrels for wild fermentation.
Layers of wild peach and nectarine are complemented by ripe fresh fig and subtle spice, creating a pleasing complexity from oak maturation and a beautifully textured palate. A vibrant, fresh wine, finishing with a delicate hint of citrus brightness.
